Refund policy

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Items must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached. Items must not be returned in STPLE packaging; our packaging is treated as a product.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the return.
