Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order delivery date.
- Items must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the return.
How do I create a return?
Place the item(s) securely in the original STPLE packaging, including all tags and accessories. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Ensuring it is returned as received.
Complete the returns form located in your parcel and include it inside the return package.
Use a tracked and insured shipping service to the value of the garments being returned, ensuring safe delivery to the following address:
