We offer complimentary shipping worldwide. Please note, if you are outside of the UK, we do not cover Duties & Taxes. You will be responsible for these on delivery.

Shipping Timeframes
- UK: 2-5 business days
- EU: 3 -7 business days
- International: 7- 10 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking link will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order delivery date.
Items must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after receiving the return.
How do I create a return?
Please email us at Hello@stplewardrobe.com to request your return. We will then provide you with our return address. Please do not send your return to any other address than our returns address, as we will not have access and you will be responsible for recovering the package.
Place the item(s) securely in the original STPLE packaging, including all tags and accessories. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Ensuring it is returned as received.
Complete the returns form located in your parcel and include it inside the return package.
